Lab Coat Laundry Service
Shaffer Dry Cleaning & Laundry has agreed to provide a lab coat laundry service to University of Arizona researchers.
To start service your lab needs to contact Shaffer Dry Cleaning & Laundry at 520-318-2538.
The charge per lab coat:
Laundry only $3.00
Laundry plus finishing $5.00
- Laundry bags for collecting soiled lab coats are available at a location that you will discuss with Shaffer during your first call.
- Write the lab name on the tag located at the top of the bag. Write the lab name and your name on the inside hem of your lab coats.
- Deposit the laundry bag in the laundry bin at your collection site.
- Pickup and delivery days are Mondays and Thursdays.
- Each lab is treated as a separate customer. A receipt with itemized charges will be returned with the cleaning.
Shaffer Dry Cleaning & Laundry accepts PCards, Purchase Orders, or they will bill individual labs at the end of the month. Please direct any specific questions about the laundry service or the billing to Kathy at 520-327-4600.
